Information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR
“Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby inform you” Who is the controller of your personal data? The controller, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data will be used, is Warsaw - Apartments Sadyba Wilanów Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Augustówka 9, 02-981 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Warsaw, 16th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000036062 (hereinafter Apartments). - handle requests you submit to us (e.g. via the contact form);
- contact you, including for purposes related to providing services.

- contacting you, including for permitted marketing activities, via available communication channels, in particular—with your consent—by email and phone;

- handling your requests submitted in particular to customer service and via the contact form when they are not directly related to performing the agreement;
- organising loyalty programmes, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you may participate;
- recovering debts and conducting court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
- retaining data for archiving and accountability purposes (demonstrating our compliance with legal obligations).

- First and last name, residential and correspondence addresses, PESEL number, email address, telephone number, password and date of birth (for a standard account), and company information and address (for services provided by Apartments to companies).

- regarding a request to restrict processing: you notice that your data is incorrect—you may request restriction for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy; your data is processed unlawfully but you do not want it erased; we no longer need your data, but you need it to establish, pursue or defend claims; or you object to processing—until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for your objection;
