Privacy
- The Service does not automatically collect any information except for information contained in cookie files.
- Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end device of the Service User and intended for use of the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage period on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookie files on the end device of the Service User and accessing them is the Service operator Warsaw - Apartments Sadyba Wilanów Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Augustówka 9.
- Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
- a) adapting the content of the Service’s websites to the preferences of the Service User and optimizing use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the Service User’s device to be recognized and the website displayed appropriately, tailored to the user’s individual needs;
- b) creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use the websites, enabling their structure and content to be improved;
- As part of the Service, two main types of cookie files are used: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the Service User’s end device until the user logs out, leaves the website, or turns off the software (internet browser). “Persistent” cookie files are stored on the Service User’s end device for the period specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
- As part of the Service, the following types of cookie files are used:
- a) “necessary” cookie files, enabling access to services available through the Service, e.g., authentication cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
- b) cookie files used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuse related to authentication within the Service;
- c) “performance” cookie files, enabling collection of information about how the Service’s websites are used;
- d) “functional” cookie files, enabling the “remembering” of settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g., in relation to the selected language or region the User comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;
- e) “advertising” cookie files, enabling delivery to Users of advertising content more tailored to their interests.
- In many cases, software used to browse websites (internet browser) by default allows cookie files to be stored on the User’s end device. Service Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in particular so as to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the internet browser settings or to inform the User each time that cookie files are placed on the Service User’s end device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of handling cookie files is available in the software (internet browser) settings.
- The Service operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookie files may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
- Cookie files placed on the Service User’s end device and used may also be used by advertising advertisers and partners collaborating with the Service operator.
